Personal data is processed for the purpose of delivering recruitment and staffing services, including facilitating communication between candidates and potential employers and matching data subjects with suitable job opportunities. 4.2. In most cases, processing is based on the consent of the data subject. However, personal data may also be processed where it is necessary for the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or the legitimate interests of the Company, provided such interests do not override the rights of the data subject. 4.3. 5. Types of personal data collected 5.1. In the course of providing recruitment and staffing services, the Company may collect, record, structure, accumulate, store, update or modify, retrieve, use, transfer (including disclose and grant access), transfer across borders to countries that ensure an adequate level of data protection, anonymize, block, and destroy various categories of personal data, including but not limited to:

Your personal data may be processed through various actions, including: collection, recording, structuring, accumulation, storage, updating or modification, retrieval, use, transfer (including disclosure and granting access), cross-border transfer to countries that ensure an adequate level of data protection, anonymization, blocking, and destruction — using both automated and non-automated means. 8. Personal data security 8.1. The Company commits to use encryption keys to ensure the protection of information systems containing personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access to information systems, unlawful use, recording, destructing, altering, blocking, copying, disseminating personal data and other interference. Access to personal data is restricted to employees, consultants, agents, contractors, and third parties who need it for legitimate business purposes.
